Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward returns process. You can return any unused or uninstalled product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was received damaged or there was an error in the order.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.

Warranty

If you experience any issues with your BuiltRight product due to craftsmanship, we will replace it—no questions asked. This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the product, and we offer this guarantee to give you peace of mind knowing that BuiltRight has your back. Please note the following conditions for warranty claims:

  • The product must have been installed and used correctly as intended for off-road applications.
  • The warranty applies only to defects in material or workmanship, not damage caused by abuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
  • In the event of a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.
