Adding rear bump stops to your suspension is one of the best upgrades for enhanced control and comfort, whether on-road or off-road. Unsatisfied with existing options, we went back to the drawing board to design bump stops that outperform and outlast the competition.  

During heavy use, many bump stops fail where the metal mounting plate is bonded to the rubber, ripping clean off. Our solution? A complete redesign of the bonding process. We started with a solid 2" steel billet, machining a two-tiered mounting washer with casting holes. These holes allow our urethane to flow through and permanently bond to the washer during casting, creating an incredibly strong connection.

OPTIMIZED 80 DUROMETER NON-REBOUNDING URETHANE

After extensive testing, we selected an 80 durometer non-rebounding urethane compound for its ideal balance of performance and comfort. This compound provides excellent bottom-out control without limiting articulation, ensuring smooth operation in all conditions.
